1. DEFINITIONS

“Company” (also “Swiss Premium Service”, “Our Company”, “We”, “Us”, etc.) refers to Swiss Premium Service, a company based in Fuhrstrasse 22, 8181 Höri, Switzerland, providing private chauffeur and transfer services.
“Customer” refers to any individual or company who books services from Swiss Premium Service through our website, by email, or by phone. The Customer enters into a binding contract once Swiss Premium Service confirms the reservation under these Terms & Conditions.
The Customer must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the booking process.
The Customer is liable for all fees and charges arising from the ordered and/or performed services, including possible costs for modifications, additions, or cancellations.
“Passenger” is the person listed in the booking form. The Passenger may or may not be the Customer but must also be at least 18 years old.
“Service” (also “Transfer”, “Ride”, or “Chauffeur Service”) refers to the private transport service provided by Swiss Premium Service — the rental of a vehicle with a professional driver between pickup and drop-off locations. A booking may consist of one or multiple transfers.
“Carrier” (also “Partner”) refers to licensed professional transport providers that Swiss Premium Service may engage to deliver services on its behalf. All partners operate legally in Switzerland and hold the necessary permits. In case of any conflict between a Partner’s terms and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions prevail.
“Confirmation” refers to the booking confirmation document or email containing all service details (pickup location, time, fare, and contact information).

We cooperate only with licensed professional carriers that possess all legal permits required for passenger transport services under Swiss law.

3. WAITING TIME

Airport pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time after the actual landing time.
Hotels or private addresses: 20 minutes of free waiting time.
After the free waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply at the driver’s discretion.

4. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. If you need to modify or cancel a booking, please do so in advance, as our services operate on a pre-arranged schedule.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. 50% refund: for cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup.

No refund: for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of no-show.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you selected “Pay to Driver”, you remain liable for the full transfer cost in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

6. SERVICE CONDITIONS

Passengers must be present at the agreed pickup point on time.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving inappropriately.
Smoking, illegal substances, and damage to the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any additional costs (cleaning or damage) due to passenger behavior will be charged to the Customer.

7. SERVICE DELAYS

Swiss Premium Service makes every effort to ensure punctuality. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Heavy traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
Flight delays exceeding 90 minutes (in such cases, rebooking may be required).

8. LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. Swiss Premium Service is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Swiss Premium Service reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website with the revised “Last updated” date.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be settled by the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
