Refund Policy

At SWISS PREMIUM SERVICE, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable service experience. However, we understand that plans may change.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Full refund if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. 50% refund if canceled within 12 to 24 hours before pickup. No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time or for no-shows.

2. Delays and Changes

If your flight or schedule is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your pickup time at no extra cost (for flight delays, we monitor arrivals automatically).

3. Payment Disputes

If there is a billing or payment issue, please reach out to our support team. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
